Mr.Malina is the Founder of TrueMed Solutions, a professional testing service company specializing in non-regulated drug, alcohol testing and forensic DNA collection. The company was established to deliver reliable, confidential, and procedure-driven testing services for employers, legal professionals, and individuals.
He began his career in the testing industry in 2014 as a Certified Professional Collector, collector trainer and office manager working with an established drug testing company where he gained hands-on experience in specimen collection, chain-of-custody procedures, documentation accuracy, and client confidentiality. This early foundation shaped his commitment to precision and compliance in all testing environments.
In addition, Mr. Malina served as the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM) with the Oklahoma Air National Guard, where he supported substance abuse prevention and testing program operations within a structured, compliance-focused environment. This role further strengthened his expertise in program oversight, policy adherence, and professional standards.
With a background grounded in Army leadership, operational leadership, project management, discipline, and service, Mr. Malina brings a methodical and detail-oriented approach to TrueMed Solutions. As a veteran owned and operated business, the company emphasizes accountability, integrity, and strict adherence to established procedures.
